  • Shipping Policy:
Your order will usually be shipped via UPS Ground within 7-10 Business Days from receipt of payment. However most orders ship within 48 HOURS !
We only ship within the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
  • Returns: 
We have a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund of the item(s) purchase price.  If the return is the result of an error made by us, your shipping cost is refunded.   
  1. Please, email us first at info@soyvela.com before you ship back the item(s), and inform us which product(s) you are returning.
  2. We will give you a control #.
  3. Please repackage the product(s) in the original packing materials (some of our products come in a gift box), and package in a brown corrugated box for protection.
  4. Enclose the packing slip and instructions with the product to be returned .
  5. Please send it back via The United States Postal Service or UPS.
  • Damaged Items:
Please Note:
During shipment, if our candles are exposed to extreme temperatures, they might arrive appearing " cracked" or "sweaty" with a pool or drop of fragrance on the top. This is normal with natural soy wax and will go away when  the candle is lit. Tarts might also appear "sweaty" and will return to their original state once they are exposed to moderate temperatures.

We take many precautions to assure your order will arrive promptly and safely, but, if the merchandise you received or purchased has been lost, damaged, or broken during shipment, please email us at info@soyvela.com and inform us within 10 days of receipt of order or lack of delivery  within 10 days from shipment confirmation. We will promptly arrange for you to return the product and send a replacement for the damaged merchandise. All claims must be filed within 10 days. 
  • Refunds:
Refunds are issued in the form according to payment method you used at the time of purchase. For payment made through PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. If  you used a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account. Payment made with money order will receive the refund in form of a check which we will mail to you after we receive the returned product.
