This page was created so you can learn a little about us and for us to hopefully help someone who is dealing with Autism as we are.

Our son was diagnosed with Autism at two years of age. Previous to his M.M.R. vaccine he was a typical child except that he never spoke. However, shortly after this vaccine, he started vomiting and had constant diarrhea. The only way we were able to stop these symptoms was to put him on a Casein (Dairy) and Gluten (Barley, Oats, Wheat) free diet. He did not sleep at night because of intestinal cramping. Immediately after Casein was removed from his diet the vomiting ceased and he suddenly regained eye contact with us. Our primary goal in restricting his diet was to help him with biological symptoms.

We also noticed that he was improving socially because of this diet. Because of this treatment, his digestive tract is seems to have healed, he is happy, pain free and a very affectionate little boy. Our yearning is that someday he will be an independent adult, but in the meantime we will do all that is possible to give him all the joy he gives us every day.
